How It Works

1. Request a Service

  • Fill out the "Request Assistance" form with your name, contact details, and the type of service needed.
  • Our team will review your request and match you with a suitable volunteer or service provider.
  • You will be contacted to schedule a time for the service.

2. Service Assessment & Scheduling

  • Our volunteers or partnered service providers will arrive at the scheduled time to complete the requested service.
  • We ensure all services are provided with care, professionalism, and respect.

3. Make a Donation

  • While our services are free, we encourage recipients to make a donation to help sustain the program.
  • Donations can be made online, in-person, or via mail.
  • Every contribution, big or small, helps us continue supporting the community.

4. Provide 2 Referrals

  • To keep the cycle of giving going, we ask each recipient to refer two individuals who may also need assistance.
  • Referrals help us expand our reach and assist more families in need.
  • Referred individuals will go through the same request process to ensure fairness and need-based service distribution.

We assist individuals and families in Stafford, Fredericksburg, and Woodbridge who are facing financial hardship and cannot afford traditional service costs.

Requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days, and scheduling is based on volunteer availability.

Assistance is provided on a case-by-case basis, and priority is given to those with the greatest need.
